Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's combat sport journey began when she was 14 years old. After training in kickboxing boxing BJJ and wrestling, she began her professional debut with Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she turned 18. Ladd went on an impressive 3-fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat. In the three fights, she defeated her opponent within the first round. In WCFC Ladd fought, she defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous decision. Aspen won against Silvia Babaeghian, Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 before taking on Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia was superior to Aspen in the fight, beating her in a unanimously voted victory. Cynthia's records as a professional were marred. Ladd recovered from the loss in the final by beating Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, making her record 8-1. Aspen made her professional debut in 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta fight Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011 and won via the first round TKO. Invicta Combat Championships 16, Aspen won the following match with Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen employed her impressive wrestling skills to take down McGill and ended her fight via the third round TKO(elbows as well as punches). Aspen was then in a fight with Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18 at the catchweight (138.1lb), as Ladd was unable to reach her weight. Despite this, Aspen was able to dominate Hoy. She finished her by KO in the 2nd round. As for her final fight for Promotion, she defeated Sijara Eubanks via an unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to debut. She took on Linalansberg in UFC Fight Night 118. She outclassed Lina with a pound and grind to her before prevailing by TKO in second round. Ladd remained in the lead and picked up an even bigger victory against Tonya Avinger at UFC 229 with her next bout. Ladd took the win in round one and was awarded the Performance of the Night Prize. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee, she fought Sijara-Eubanks to win her first major fight. Both fighters put up an intense battle that concluded with Ladd taking a unanimous win and both fighters getting their Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie was able to finish the fight in just 16 seconds and end Ladd and her winning streak. In the third round of UFC at ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. In a recent match replacement in the UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. The fight was lost by unanimous vote.
